By purchasing a subscription from DGB Sports, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription fees provide access to sports analysis, opinions, and predictions only.

2. No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy or profitability of any pick.

3. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in their jurisdiction.

5. Content provided by DGB Sports may not be redistributed, resold, copied, or shared without written permission.

6. DGB Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

7. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber during the current billing period.

8. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
